Great lunch time Dim sum experience...we barely sat down and had tea and carts with wait staff bringing us temptations. Great variety, nice atmosphere. This was the 2nd time to visit East Ocean for yum cha. The restaurant was quite full and consequently the whole experience was noisy and chaotic. The yum cha served was ok, a bit on the expensive side I think. Overall not bad but not...great. View all feedback.
