Great lunch time Dim sum experience...we barely sat down and had tea and carts with wait staff bringing us temptations. Great variety, nice atmosphere. We got there a little early, maybe 11:30 am but by 12 the place was rocking! This is an experience you don't want to miss...Authentic and delicious. Complete with chop sticks. View all feedback.
What Davion Klocko doesn't like about East Ocean Restaurant:
This was the 2nd time to visit East Ocean for yum cha. The restaurant was quite full and consequently the whole experience was noisy and chaotic. The yum cha served was ok, a bit on the expensive side I think. Overall not bad but not...great. View all feedback.
We were disappointed as this restaurant was very recommended. in short, the good average and the service was, good, terrible. all the foods we ordered were all served together on the table at once weeping bottle on the side and ho got it to serve itself. we were 1 out of 3 tables. I couldn't tell them about dessert because nobody wanted to ask. the eating itself, as about the spoons of big pieces of ingwer I thought it was chicken other had it to wow. carefree and very average so disappointed
This restaurant has lost the property, went on Thursday night at 19:45 o'clock juni 2022, it was empty only 2 tables, we should leave, terrible service, eat over price for very bad quality, tasteless, we regret the quality of the old golden century, they. needed to find proper cooking or close this restaurant. because it is, I recommend not to go there, I was ashamed of my guess. I have sincerely not fun to publish such bad review, but it is unfair that customers are calculated for such bad quality.
For a Friday hunting with family. we arrived at 2 o'clock and asked if yum cha service was still available, as we knew it closed at 15 o'clock. we were confident that it was; hogwash! what was available were only several baskets of...seed garnel and 1 dim Sim basket left on the trolley. nothing else! the service was worse than bad, it was not existent in the ground, I had to take part three times in the bar to order drinks without luck, as I observed that employees go away over a 20min period. I finally asked the cashier for a drink. I can't remember the last time a dune-out experience was so bad, and expensive when we starve. be warned!

The staff here are so unbelievably rude if you are not Asian. Food was average and the service even worse. Don’t waist your time.
