Update I stopped going here in 2015. The food becoming more average and the dodgy parking guy trying to extort 10,000vnd from me for the FREE parking. There are much much better places to eat. The food at Tib is good. Can be a bit on the pricy side when compared with other Vego places in the city, which sell food on par with them.
