"We were thrilled to try this place, the menu looked great and the mood was very nice. We were impressed by the series of vegan pastries and tried the chocolate babka it was delicious! But unfortunately, the hearty food and service was not very good. We tried the broken rice listed on HappyCow as bestseller and got the combo with the Papaya salad. The two dishes were not served together, it seemed like they forgot the Papaya salad until we asked. And the flavors were really of only 1 or 2 of the sides for the broken rice were good, the meat was glazed with an overly sweet sauce, and the fried noodles had a very strange 'off' taste. The Papaya salad was very hard and hard to eat, and the sauce tasted strong by salty Tamarinde(? that did not go with the parrot at all. When we brought our worries to the waiter, he just said that it was because we were not familiar with how to taste food. I've eaten broken rice and Papaya salad often in Vietnamese restaurants, and they were all much better than that. So sad we went away quite disappointed."

"This place has been transformed several times over the last few years. Currently, it is a cafe on the ground floor and a restaurant on the upper floor. You can get coffee and juice in the cool and dimly lit cafe, and perfectly prepared food for lunch or dinner in the restaurant. The menu is small and focused and everything is fantastic. The restaurant kitchen is sort of open-plan style like you sometimes find in a Japanese Izakaya so you can sit around the bar and watch them cook. Note that this is a vegetarian restro, with some items including egg or milk as default. Most things can be modified to be vegan. I only wish they had plant milk options for the coffee."

"This place is lovely the staff are so friendly and attentive and the food is excellent. My tops is the pho, which I personally think is one of the best in the city. The prices are a little high (65k for pho, 85 90k for a dish), but for a eat in place like this, it's par for the course. Totally recommend!"

"The place itself seem good and the food is really enjoyable. They have Taro ice cream : Update: Before, the place was in bad shape, and I gave them some constructive critic. And when I went there again, I was very surprised, the entire place got renovated!! The walls and ceiling are newly painted, and the lower wooden wall got new acrylic plates in front of it. There is only one small hole at the floor on the left in front of the glas wall (front of the restaurant . So I told them would be nice if that could also get fixed. Now, maybe they planned to do that anyway, but I like to think it is because of me giving them some critic lol o(^ ^ o"
