Beef lalop and spicy quail for entree. Yes Vietnamese flavours definitely. However the mains, pork hotpot and beef with lemongrass???? Basically Chinese dishes. I asked the front of house whether the chefs were Chinese. He replied that no it’s what we marinate the ingredients in……so that means Chinese aromatics and sauces?
