What Polachoc doesn't like about Sapa Rose:
Beef lalop and spicy quail for entree. Yes Vietnamese flavours definitely. However the mains, pork hotpot and beef with lemongrass???? Basically Chinese dishes. I asked the front of house whether the chefs were Chinese. He replied that no it’s what we marinate the ingredients in……so that means Chinese aromatics and sauces? Food was excellent and well priced! Would definitely return and recommend. Chicken Satay skewers are a must! =D
