I'm not the vegan who gets salad in restaurants, but this salad (the Prairie salad) was probably one of the best I ever had. It is full of tons of vegetables (some warm even) and full of taste. The shanghai'd vinegarette was made in the house and is also vegan. Be sure not to clarify any cheese or milk on it as they said it could be cheese, although the menu does not say it is cheese on it.
