It was a charming little place, but the entire menu seemed to be focused on animal products, so the black bean burger would be the only suitable option for vegetarians. I'm not typically the kind of vegan who opts for salad at restaurants, but the Prairie Salad here was undoubtedly one of the best I've ever had. It was packed with a variety of vegetables, some of which were even warm, and it was bursting with flavor. The house-made Shanghai'd vinaigrette is vegan as well.
