I have Never been to a Papa Murphy’s so I when I walked in I didn’t know they didn’t bake the pizza. The customer service person failed to inform me of that as well when I ordered. Imagine my surprise when I went to pick it up and it’s an uncooked pizza after having already payed for it!!! You should not assume every customer knows you only sell uncooked pizza!
