"It is still an excellent pizza place, although it's not as good as it used to be. The pizzas are getting thinner and thinner over time, especially since the pandemic began, although I hasten to add again that is still among the best in Indy. The Greek salad is magnificent. Harsi pizza on the West side is where I am more inclined to go now, although Bazbeaux used to be my only place."

"Edited to add that I already contacted their customer service and heard nothing, so the response telling me to do that is a joke. Horrible customer service. They were out of something for our order and then claimed they "couldn 't get ahold of us. "Then called and said maybe they called the wrong number before. I had my phone next to me the whole time, so I would 've known ifthey had dialed the right number. Then they had to call back *again* to tell us they were out of another part of the order. Theydidn 't even offer to do anything to make it right. We used to order from them frequently but haven 't since and probably won 'tbased on that experience."

"They never include extra sauce if you order delivery or DoorDash, ever. I even ordered 3 extra thinking if they forgot 1 I could settle with two, but no they forgot all of them. So frustrating."

"I was in town last week for a family reunion, we rented an Airbnb for the week. The first night we wanted to order pizza, we placed the order online and put a $20 tip, and immediately received a call saying there weren’t enough drivers to satisfy the request (4 pizzas) and they cancelled our order. The following evening we placed another online order for 6 pizzas, some drinks and a side of cheese bites, and included a $25 driver tip. When given the same “we don’t have enough drivers” speech, I asked them to change the order to carryout instead of delivery.When I arrived to pick up the order, I was told that they didn’t remove the $25 delivery tip or the surcharge for the delivery, and that I would have to take it up with corporate if I wanted anything other than a same-store credit (which I can’t use since I was only visiting for a week, and why would I place a 3rd order with them that week after the first two were horrible?In the end, we didn’t even get our cheese bites. Initially the outgoing charge on my card wasn’t reflecting the $25 tip the first few days afterward, so I thought they had fixed it, but now I’m seeing that the $25 delivery tip was actually removed despite converting to a carryout order. As I was leaving, a driver showed up, just having delivered an order."

"Always great food and service! yesterday outside on the terrace for Sunday brunch, had their 2 breakfast pizzas, the Californian and morning heat, a garden quiche, a bottle of mimosas, along with a few beers and pfefferoni pizza. all tasted great, had to take a box full of rest after home, along with 2 desserts, flourless chocolate cake and brotpudding. we didn't catch the name of the waitress, but she did a good job. highly recommended!"

"We had a really nice time, Had some ppl, meet me up there, Pizza was really hot, and good along w/ the breadsticks we ordered the salad, it was also good, (We ordered the large one). Byron was outstanding, gave outstanding customer service, very professional. We will definitely be coming back."

"Hours say they close at 9PM and we ordered the pizza at 8PM and we never received the pizza or any updates saying they were closed or they couldn’t get to the pizza. The website tracker even updated from order received to order is being prepared. Absolutely ridiculous. I get if you were almost closed, but it was an hour before and no one told us anything. We waited an 2.5 hours with no updates and the website still said it was being made."
