I bought a pound of a new, whole bean, single origin coffee but didn't like the flavor. They were nice enough to let me exchange it for a different roast bean. They didn't have to do that, being that it was simply a personal preference. I am impressed with the managers at this location. View all feedback.
What WandeRView S doesn't like about Starbucks:
Typical Starbucks, food and drinks made to the standard. Need to sweep their floors. Biggest problem I had here was the fact that they DON'T put the mobile orders out on the counter. There IS a sign there that says mobile orders but the mobile orders are kept back by the drive up staging area. They need to let people know that via the sign on the front counter otherwise you stand there for 10 minutes wondering where... View all feedback.
