"Very yummy donuts like they are famous for. Very good service. Only disappointment was they didn't have any Buttermilk donuts. Which are my most favorite. Other rise it was perfect."

"Andrew K was super friendly, attentive and full of positive energy. He kept constant communication with us about our order, and hot fresh coffee coming with the best smile ever. We are visiting from San Antonio TX and to various Denny’s and Andrew K has been thus far the best waiter we’ve encountered. What a great experience and service. What a privilege it was to be seated in his section. Have a great day Andrew K and thank you for being a wonderful person to strangers."

"Very kind wait staff. We're greeted at the door immediately and asked to take a seat wherever we liked either outdoor or inside. Was a bit humid outside but they had the misters on even early in the morning which helped when the breeze blew our way. Tables were clean, drinks and further service was prompt. I don't remember the name, but my breakfast chips dish was unexpectedly great. The biscuits and gravy had a very unique sauce as well. The chorizo as a side was a bit different than I normally am used to eating, but being homemade it was good in its own way. Eggs were cooked exactly how we asked them to be as well. The country potatoes were cut in bite sized chunks but not really flavored much. That's the only slight hit for me. Again, the multiple staff who hosted us were very attentive with drink refills and checking up on us throughout,yet not very pushy or annoying even when it came time to pay the bill. The place just looked a bit old and partially under construction which is the only reason for 4 stars."

"Beware of the older female cashier with glasses and white hair. I grew up eating sweet bread from Casillas bakery. After moving back in town, I have gone back several times, but unfortunately have been having unfavorable experiences that I only recently became aware of. I have been getting charged different prices for purchasing the same 2 items by this same woman. I came in today and asked how much it was going to be for a chocolate donut and cortadillo. The lady said $2 for the chocolate donut and $2.50 for the cortadillo $4.50 total. In previous visits the total has come out to less that $3. I will pay the price that I have to in order to eat good quality bread, as long as the price is legitimate. I'm saddened by these experiences, because the bread itself is tasty. I will not be coming back again to these dishonest practices of this employee."

"My wife and I were here a few months ago and decided to return. This was our second visit since a flood devastated the building. We began with a pitcher of Sangria and ordered Chicken with mushrooms and Shrimp stuffed with crab meat. Both entrees were delicious. A salad was served with the meal. The dining room gets quite noisy, but it's worth the noise to enjoy truly outstanding food."
