Probably one of the worst entry control methods around — sign up at the door. But late comers we’re adding their names to the bottom where there were no lines for names after a new column was created, basically cutting the line. After that it was okay but the threat of fomites transferring to another person touching the tongs was very high. Staff works incredibly hard though. read more.
