Our party of 4 met at Takao that is in the KaikTavern in Kaiapoi Don’t let it’s location put you off, as other than parking in the tavern carpark, you don’t go into the bar areas !! Once inside the intimate restaurant it feels like you are in a Japan. Two teppanyaki hot plates are the feature with about six other tables.
