We stopped at The Coffee shop in Moynalty on our way to the Zoo last week. It was like an oasis as we were finding it difficult to find somewhere open , and what a lucky find . We got fabulous home made soup and brown bread , sandwiches and had to have some of the wonderful fusies ! ie brownies, lemon drizzle cake and bakewell tart. All so delicious . What ollietim doesn't like about The Coffee Shop:
This was undoubtably the worst cafe experience we ever had. The so called 'crusty bloomer ' bread was the cheapest catering pan. The ham was the same. The rest of the food was terrible also The service was poor with menus and plates thrust onto the table. The tea was too weak to drink. One star is the lowest rating I 'm allowed to give but I 'd gladly give zero. A bad advert for Irish hospitality!!! View all feedback.
