"This review is based exclusively on our experience in the restaurant of the hotel, as we did not stay in the hotel. I had booked a table for me on Sunday night and 9 friends in the restaurant, as I had read a...consider that it was very busy. When we arrived, we were asked to wait 15 minutes before the table. that was not a problem because we had time to walk around the grounds that are beautiful. when we sat, the table was set for only 9 people and it took approx. 20 minutes before someone took our order. the woman who finally arrived was quite rude and seemed irritated when we asked for something else in our order, e.g. no mushrooms/countries or mash instead of chips. the appetizers came and the suppe was nice, but we had to ask to take the broth rolls along and no butter was delivered. there was a long waiting period between the starter and the head, and when the main thing came out, a quantity of command was wrong. the majority of the steaks was very underused after asking for medium rare or medium. no steak knives were delivered. the commands that no mushrooms or no wobble had demanded were completely ignored. we got separate chips, and when you realized that a part was missing, we asked another waitress if she could check it out and bring it out. their answer was that they share. that is the point this was not made clear to us when the chips were released, otherwise it would not have been a problem later. one of the groups had asked for maic instead of looking for chips at the order and was told that was good, so he asked if she could check where his maic was. a few minutes later she came back and informed him that there was no mashing. in this phase, the majority of the sharing chips have been left to leave it without being applied. both waitresses treated with our table were very unprofessional and unwilling to solve any problems. it did not feel interested and that we made them inconvenience. we asked to talk to the manager who was very helpful and agreed that the steaks were understated. he was also shocked that we were told that there was no maic; he offered to replace the steaks, but unfortunately in this phase the group was very dissatisfied and wanted to go. it was a very disappointing visit, as we had all expected a very nice meal. one of the members of the group had considered the venue for a upcoming high time and was enthusiastic to visit, but unfortunately the service was so bad that he decided to remove it completely from his list. it is a real scandal, as the lands and prospects of the sea are absolutely beautiful. the restaurant would really benefit from friendly, approachable staff who can feel welcome to their guests. I have to say again that the manager was very accommodating, which was very appreciated, and there was also a very friendly and attentive lounge boy named oisin, who made our visit more pleasant."

"Pretty small lovely place. Less than an hour walk throughout the whole place. Well maintained. Not too cheap. Personally i wouldn't be going there second time. But the children loved rope bridge and wooden dynosauruses."

"After I ordered and paid online, my food never appeared. 20 minutes after I called and spoke with the restaurant, they advised the driver twice to my house and also tried to call me. I sat at my door from 15 minutes before it was due until 15 minutes after and no one showed up. I hadn't missed any calls from the driver either. I had paid online for eating why I would not be there to collect it. I asked the restaurant to check the driver's phone, they said they wanted to call me and they wouldn't see a call to my number. I said they wouldn't deliver my food today. the person I spoke with was not helpful in any way and according to my opinion had no customer service in the sense. I was a very regular customer before and had recommended it for people, but will not use or recommend this restaurant again to everyone. very bad customer service shown."

"We called in for lunch which was very enjoyable. A good sirloin steak cooked medium rare to order, together with a nice coffee. The server even went to the bar so my wife could have mint tea with real leaves. Good value and nice staff"

"The gas station/self service of the restaurant is an autobahn stop. practical if you want to stop for a fast bite/fuel before going to the airport/dublin city or further afield. food: I would make the dinner clear, I doubt that much. in the kitchen happens through preparation. the breakfast is their best bet, but also these can be met or missed. worth is simply ok with the price around €1.00 per item with toast tea/coffee included (and sometimes a time.) there is also a selection of cold food in the offer, pause, bake, etc. cleanliness and service have never left a complaining."
