I enjoy having dinner at McDonald's occasionally, so I decided to order a deluxe chicken and bacon burger meal. However, when I started eating it, there was no bacon in it. My partner also ordered the same meal and had the same issue. This has happened twice now, as the staff were very busy. There was no menu available at the drive-thru, which made it difficult to know what to order. Despite asking for information on the available options, I did not receive any clarification.
