The Luna Cafe was quiet when we decided to rest our weary legs and enjoy a coffee 'on the street ' on such a warm day. The waiter served us promptly and courteously and the coffee was great. My only criticism is that the cafe imposes a 15% service charge in small print on the bill, and in much larger print you 'll find the words 'Tips gratuities at customers discretion ' (sic). I also got the mincetee and, although it said fresh, it had hardly tasted. the atmosphere is quite strange, because furniture, walls and painting do not quite match. nothing that accuses the personal, but nothing to be happy. the service fee at 15 is ridiculous.
