"We have today, Friday, 29. November 2019 the restaurant called via its website. We were told by the owner that the delivery fee on a 'private' basis would be 8 pounds. I said to my husband, why should I order over the phone if I can have a delivery fee of up to 2.50 pounds over the delivery car website? We placed the order No. 1336 by Restaurante 'Sabor Brasileiro ' via vans, as it was cheaper in this way. The time of estimated arrival was changed from 2.05 pm to 2.10 pm suddenly to 15:10 pm! . How can that happen? I tried to get the owner back by phone, but he was gone. That's what the lady told me on the phone. How can a restaurant owner disappear? Anyway, we have the food in time. The fish was fine, in my opinion overpriced for this type of quality, but what was most disappointed to us was the price of the vegetable price at 5 pounds! Please find a photo of the box of vegetables, price with 5 pounds! We counted 13 vegetables and it tasted their came from a steam bag and are not fresh 5 pounds would You do not even pay in CENTRAL-London for organic vegetables. I tried to call the owner, but the staff told me he was busy. I said, "I'll wait until he's finished with the costumes and has time for me." Suddenly after 5 min, the line at the other end was no one dead. I tried to call again, but the line was engaged. For about 2 hours. When I came to Joao, the owner of the restaurant to complain about the vegetables for five pounds, he said: "They decided to use to deliver the food so that 's why you were charged so much. If you had ordered me directly, I would have paid Joao the driver. He told my man on the phone who was on speaker that "we must pay for the driver '. BTW: The phone was on speaker. "We went there Saturday night for a meal as was highly recommended to us! Although no one else in restaurant there was 4 tables reserved so thought it was popular. The chicken tikka balti dish came out in a ceramic dish not a normal metal...balti dish. There was no sauce at all just soaking in oil! Not nice to dip a naan in to! Upside service was very good but maybe that was because we were the only ones there and by the way they shut at 11pm we left at 10.15 and none of the reservations had turned up by then! "

"That score it’s not from that restaurant but the one in Brixton. Probably company knows the problem and refuses to put it on trip advisor. 35 min wait for food long time for 2 cheese and bacon burger , fries and coke . They gave me 2 cheese burger 1 chicken mc nuggets and water. It’s not a staff problems but management. If you can handle it close it down or change the manager and of course the mc Donald’s give a pay rise to your staff . They work ducking hard can’t afford to live in London but the mother company earn billions of Pounds every year"
