We had a very good stay. The room is nice and the bed comfortable. Shared bathroom a bit small but clean. The host was helpful and nice as well. Location: it takes 20min with the tram from Hbf and then 10min walking. Bus is an alternative but it takes more or less the same time (and it doesn't go all the way to Hbf).
