Coffee and donuts are great here, but even better when served by Miriam. She is an absolute gem working for DK over the last 20 years. Always polite, and cheerful. Not the same with the new help who took my order, forgot to make my coffee, saw me waiting and still did not do anything about it. Not even an apology. The manager here is incredibly rude to his poor young staff, every time I go there (and it’s often, my kids love a donut) he is ALWAYS yelling at them or talking down to them. Donut King should expect better, men like that should not be running food stores. Better yet someone needs to educate him how to speak to his employees not bark at them like a dogs!
