The igloo experience was wonderful. It was a very relaxing time after the hustle and bustle of Christmas. The wine slushies were awesome and the charcuterie board was delicious! The ordering process was clunky. Guests use QR codes for online ordering but the Wi-Fi is locked (I didn 't see a sign with a password) and Internet in that area is spotty at best. Our friends ordered food and wine before we arrived. Wine came but after almost an hour of no food, a manager finally came over to try to sort out the problem.
