The ordering process was clunky. Guests use QR codes for online ordering but the Wi-Fi is locked (I didn 't see a sign with a password) and Internet in that area is spotty at best. Our friends ordered food and wine before we arrived. Wine came but after almost an hour of no food, a manager finally came over to try to sort out the problem.
