It is a brand new place that seems more a restaurant than a tavern (osteria). It is located in the centre of L'Aquila in the same building of the hotel Centrale. The inside of the osteria is modern and beautiful, with open kitchen. We tried some pizzas that were good an made with a particularly light batter.
