Modern restaurant with open floor plan and visible open grill. We visited without reservation on a busy night and we were seated after a short wait. Service was also good throughout the night, if a bit hasty. We had mixed board (cheese was a little underwhelming, stick to the excellent cold cuts), arrosticini and lamb for mains both good but lamb especially. It is a brand new place that seems more a restaurant than a tavern (osteria). It is located in the centre of L'Aquila in the same building of the hotel Centrale. The inside of the osteria is modern and beautiful, with open kitchen. We tried some pizzas that were good an made with a particularly light batter.
