Recently on a Sunday i went into Charlies to grab 2 takeaway coffees. I noticed when i walked in a table of 2 having coffees plus a table of 6ish sitting down for dessert..so it was not overly busy. Upon approaching the counter the waitress turned around from the coffee and said she would be with me after she had finished making the drink .. which is totally understandable.
