I was mid juni for my birthday and was disappointed. eating was badly executed and there was lack of ripe, flair and spice(crisis ox zunge must be refined and not only a large lump on the plate. sticky squash was nicely cooked, but smoked kartoffel puree was blanching and there was much too many pumpkin seeds on the plate must have been about 50 seeds on the teller. pan fried sea bass filet was bland and red pfeffer...
