Not really prepared for us to visit. It’s like our booking was a surprise to them. If you do posh afternoon tea deliver it in ONE SINGLE go so we can photograph it and re-send . Fantastic location combined with less than ordinary service regrettably. We ha brekkie in the hotel too. Staff excellent; just too few. Shame. Ultimately poor value for money. View all feedback.
