After having a booking cancelled due to COVID we tried to email three times to talk to somebody about rebooking as I have always wanted to try Le Gavroche and it was my husbands and I 10 year wedding anniversary. Nobody has bothered getting back to us. Totally disappointing, I thought this was supposed to be a top class restaurant but I will not be eating here now with customer service like this.
