Tommy Bahama theme atmosphere with a delicious twist. Shaved ice, frozen coffee drinks and smoothies. There's a reason why they are popular at all times of the day. It's a great treat to have all year round. The staff was overwhelmed and forgot one of our drinks. The temperature inside of the seating area was as frozen as the products they serve. We have been 2 times recently. BOTH times the inside feels so so uncomfortable. I've walked to the bathroom and saw the thermostat set to 71 but it feels like 80 degrees in there....both times. It is very uncomfortable bc it is also hot outside. Last time I noticed they had the back door wide open. I'm not sure why, but it makes for the customer experience to be bad.
