"I was pretty excited to try vitality however i ordered the green glow bowl to go and when i got home quickly noticed there was no chicken in my bowl lol. so i paid $14 for a bowl of veggies. very let down cause this kind of place is right up my alley. don?t know if i?ll be going back"

"We have been 2 times recently. BOTH times the inside feels so so uncomfortable. I've walked to the bathroom and saw the thermostat set to 71 but it feels like 80 degrees in there....both times. It is very uncomfortable bc it is also hot outside. Last time I noticed they had the back door wide open. I'm not sure why, but it makes for the customer experience to be bad. The sno was great each and every time. It's just the environment that is poor."

"Two. to this shop after a grim workout next door. we came back for the second time, yes for the big smoothies, but more for the positive interaction of the sweet and knowledgeable staff. I tell them my daughter and I can not wait for the next training just to get the sweet reward of wonderful smoothies and friendly and nurturing people! keva!"

"That's what lubbock missed! than someone who eats for the better part of 12 years plants, it is always a bit to fight. they have excellent plant-based breakfast and lunch options from juices and smoothies to açaí dishes, salads, chalk dishes, toasts and packs without added sugar. my man, the definitiw not based vegetable / vegan and I got and enjoyed a green juice. I also had a lemon ginger shot that was probably the best I ever had, and we often travel. I cleaned a superfood açaí bowl for breakfast and also let them modify the green divine bowl to meet my needs to eat later with me. the owner worked the register and she was so passionate about her menu and very helpful to make sure my order was exactly what I wanted. I am so happy that we found this little gem centrally located at the campus of the technology. we will be back every day of our stay!"

"If I could give zero stars, I would! Went in on Friday 8/18. There were only 2 other tables there, one had 2 ppl and the other had 3. This was absolutely not a peak time, it was after lunch hours. We were told multiple times, your food is almost done . Well, 45 minutes later we had to leave. I told our server we just couldn 't wait anymore. She goes to the kitchen window tells the cook Don 't make table 9, they don 't want their food . Um, excuse me, I did want our food. But, we didn 't have 2 hours to wait for two burgers an omelette. (I say 2 hours because that 's my estimate on how long it would have been based on how long we 'd already been waiting) We sat there that long and they hadn 't even started our order! I don 't know how our food was almost done when it hadn 't even been started. They charged us for our drinks, which I was ok with because we did drink them. I still tipped our server because I 'm not a jerk. I 'd really advise not going to this location unless literally everything else in Lubbock is closed, and I hope you 're not hungry if you do.P.S. I don 't like leaving negative reviews, but this was too much for me not to."

"I doordash deliver The one at 19th and University was horrible...I drove across town to pick up an order that certainly should have been ready when I arrived...it was 2 grilled cheese...no big deal,still had to wait 10+ minutes for them and I had another pickup to go get... I saw what I thought was my order get brought out and wrapped...and it was my order but they decided I wasn't important enough to bring the customers at least semi warm food.I guess they wanted this and my 2nd order to both be cold. I was not impressed. They weren't busy they were just BS'ing in the back. Would not suggest this location. The 1 by 82nd is far more professional."
