O atendimento é rapido, e os recheios são gostosos, porem sem variedade. A massa da pizza é finissíma, cerca de 2mm (isso mesmo milimetros), não gosto de pizza com massa tão fina. As cadeiras tem um encosto muito desconfortavél. O local não tem acustica, muito barulhento. Não tinham nenhum tipo de suco natural (no cardápio tinha a opção, porém na pratica não existia).
