"If you've never had authentic Mexican food, and you eat here, then you still have never had it. Lots of little flaws: taco meat was not grilled (no carne asada or pastor, just ground beef or shredded chicken , burritos served with lots of refried beans...and light protein, guacamole was cubed not mashed, margaritas served with tasteless frozen strawberries and crushed ice (It should be either on the rocks or blended. Crushed ice makes you spit out little bits of ice back into your drink. Prices were high also. The good points: English-speaking service was excellent, the tequila shrimp appetizer was plentiful and delicious, the colorful decor featuring artist Frida Kahlo, and the music. That day, it was 80s, 90s, 2000s throwback pop. On certain days, they offer live music but that is accompanied by a cover charge of 15 Rs per person."

"Experiência maravilhosa. A melhor mackerel da minha vida... note 10 of 10. Pretty bom tamanho camera. Molho perfeito. Suitable outfits. Excellent apprenticeship. Comi a moqueca de camarão com queijo e minha wife o migon a diesel. Or mignon estava mais ou menos, um pouco adocicado... note 7 of 10.... Então, or denied it to moqueca mesmo. Or ambiance e agradável, sem ar conditioned. Preços ok."

"This is probably one of the best restaurants here for a couple looking for a romantic evening but there are better options for a family or group of friends. Food was good and the service was fine. Price is high but inline with the rest of the restaurants in the area."

"Like all the other restaurants of Praia do forte, attentive (though sometimes lazy) waiters. The owner is likely to greet you in your table. Their speciality is the moqueca de Siri catado , Bahia style stewed blue crab. Unfortunately, I went for the fried red snapper,...which was a little bit overcooked. Poor wine list (which is also the case in the majority of Praia do forte 's restaurants), so go straight to the perfect combination: sun, caipirinha to begin, and Brazilian freezing cold beer with your meal."

"Absolutely wonderful good food too very good value and really friendly service. The roasted manioc is a favorite of me as an appetizer and you really have to try the lobster moquecas!"
