I wish I could give him a zero. Honestly, the worst customer service anywhere in Charlotte. It's been a long time, not just one of Karen. There is always a lack of product availability. I have never left a 1-star review on Google or open table. If there was a video about exactly what does not do in the customer service industry, this place should be the place to film.
