"I placed an order online the night before and arrived five minutes early the next day. My order was ready and waiting. The donuts were fresh and the staff was very pleasant. Coworkers are happy! Would definitely be back!!"

"I have tried over and over to give this location my business but for some reason due to their terrible service they don't want it. Wrong orders, long waits for a coffee when the store is nearly empty. People that came in after you (2 3 deep) are getting their orders before I do. Today was the last straw. 20 minute wait and they got the order wrong after I repeatedly told them what it was. I'm done. I will be traveling to the Independence location which has the drive thru (15 minute drive vs. my around the corner Matthews location)."

"Finally had a chance to try this place after seeing post online for months. I ordered vanilla, cinnamon sugar, and salted caramel donuts. I like the unique square shape of the donuts. Here's my rating the donuts Vanilla 4/5 tasty and sweet Salted Caramel 3/5 didn't like the caramel at all Cinnamon Sugar 3/5 more cinnamon than sugar Overall, I didn't care for the donuts. The donuts didn't have enough flavor."
