I rang up and placed an order over £25 yet when I asked for the offer where you get a beer and free prawn crackers was told this no longer existed and had to spend £35 to get this. I would only receive free...prawn crackers. Was told their website isn’t updated and as a new customer I was surprised they don’t honour their offers.
