Forget my previous 5-star rating. I trade it through this because Palacios has a new boss (not manager). You don't hate when new bosses come and start to change things? Guess new boss has never heard If it's not broken, try not to fix it. In my 25-year experience over several states, hands down, the most popular karaoke bars were where the staff also sang.
