Forget my previous 5-star rating. I trade it through this because Palacios has a new boss (not manager). You don't hate when new bosses come and start to change things? Guess new boss has never heard If it's not broken, try not to fix it. In my 25-year experience over several states, hands down, the most popular karaoke bars were where the staff also sang. "This is not our first time here, not will it be our last. We love this restaurant. The food is fresh and the people are friendly. One of our favorite things is the salsa bar. So fun and delicious. We love the food so much we will even order it to go, which is rare in our home. The green chili and the red chili both a good. On your first visit if you go with someone else one of you get the #1 and the other the #2 and share. They are samplers basically one with red chili and the other green. Loved everything we've tasted."

"My boyfriend and I met at this spot on our first date and it’s been a favorite ever since! We’ve gotten to know the bartender James, and he provides the utmost service. He is extremely attentive, kind, positive attitude and hard worker. Definitely one of the top bartenders in town! If the food and environment wasn’t enough, James is the cherry on top! We will be back!"
