Bourbon chicken has always been my mall food court fav since I was in middle school. Sweet, salty and savory chicken over rice, what's not to like? A little rare to see bourbon chicken on menus besides Golden Corral or other small mall spots like this. So I was at the mall food court after a good decade and decided to try this again.
