We shared a tonkotsu ramen and the pumpkin croquette and shiro-maguro tataki appetizers. The ramen was delicious and well-cooked (chewy noodles, fresh veggies, and great “jelly” egg). That was a 5 star. The kabocha kurokke was okay (4 stars) and the tataki meh (3 stars). On a previous trip I recall getting the shiro-maguro ponzu don and it was very good. Ordered through doordash, 2 hours before they closed. The Dohatsu Ramen I ordered has no meat at all, no chasu, no ground meat, no chili oil like they described on their menu. It looked like the soup was from the bottom of the pot with little bits of meat. The Gyu Don is missing from our order too!!! I tried calling the store couple times but the call wouldn’t go through.
