Having heard of the Buck Snort for quite a while, with my wife we finally decided to give it a go. It is on US 93 going North from Missoula. The staff is very friendly and professional. They all had face covering. We each ordered the sirloin, cooked medium rare. It came as such. Mine was on the tough side. Not properly tenderized. Also, the knife they gave didn't help.
