"We were visiting from another state and wanted something quick to eat, that wasn't a regular fast food chain. The seasoned fries were way too salty, the bacon on the fiery super chicken sandwich wasn't cooked enough (it was chewy, not crispy) and the sandwich was a little dry because we didn't want the tartar, since we didn't know what was in it. The fry sauce was mustard-based, but there's no information that states that on the menu. We also didn't receive any napkins, even though it's drive-thru only. Needless to say, we won't be back."

"I have never written a negative review but I have also never been so negatively treated by a host at a restaurant I usually enjoy. It’s not the food that’s the issue, I was sorely disappointed by the host and the customer service.As we finished up dinner and waited for the check, we grabbed the host as he passed by, asking for just a cup of hot water to make a bottle (we had tried a bit before that but our waitress was busy running plates) . Instead of asking if we planned on staying or saying no problem, he told us very surely he had people waiting for our table. Again, we hadn’t been even presented the check. I’m sad that turning tables was more important at the moment to the host than ensuring his guests finished their dinner on a positive note.All it takes is a few words to sour an experience. I really hope our waitress gets to keep the full tip from our evening meal."

"We started our meal with the Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes. These were not what we would consider full of jumbo lump crab meat and they were overcooked. We would not recommend them nor order them again. Our main dishes were the Grilled Pork Chop and the Chicken Piccata. The Grilled Pork Chop dish was very good and the green curry sauce made the dish. The Chicken Piccata itself tasted good but was too small of a serving of chicken. Especially considering it was a bone-in chicken. The kale served with it was not good at all. The Spatzel was unique to try but not something I would want again. Overall I was still hungry when I was done with the dish which is not a good sign for the cost. My partner would have liked another beverage off the menu and I would have liked to order dessert but the service was so slow that neither happened. The atmosphere is very nice. The lighting is very nice. Not too bright or too dark. It is not loud. You can easily converse with your party and not be bothered by others around you."

"Good in house, awful to go. The food is always good when I wait for a dine-in experience. Friendly staff and unique fare. Decent coffee, as well as yummy food. BUT... The food is terrible when you get it to go. It 's badly packaged and not worth reheating. Not sure if huevos rancheros ought to be served in a soup taurine? Not appetizing that way, at all. So nasty... usually so good. Don 't take out! Only eat in! *edit after passive aggressive clap back from business* I stand by what I said. The food is super good in house but I have never had a successful take out from them, and people deserve to hear it and make their own choice. Sorry whoever is running your social media is oversensitive and claims to stress maturity... while not being mature. OTHERWISE the rest of the serving staff is great, but this response doesn 't encourage me to reach out if I have a further issue. Hope you have better customer service in person, like most of your servers ¯ (ツ) ¯"
