Ham Cheese crossaint flattened paper thin when toasted. They should be warmed in an oven to stay fluffy not put in a sandwich press. If I wanted a toasted ham and cheese sandwich I would have ordered one. It was really dry and dissapointing. Also not the best chai latte I've ever had.
