Dine with 6 people. First aperitif (5dl Johannisberg, without anything salty), the next table also has 5dl wine, plus salty (probably a regular customer with Porsche), 4x cordon bleu, 1x cold meat platter and 1x raclette. Cordon bleu is already there after about 15 minutes. Made in the deep fryer, vegetables were cold, the cold meat platter came again about 15 minutes later.
