This was a second visit to this resto after a year, and it has improved. I was fortunate to go with a recently arrived student from mainland central China. He noted that the chef came from his region. We had won-ton soup, fried egg pancake and dumplings. Everything was delicious. You can even see the dumplings being made by hand in an open kitchen.
