Seated immediately, specials board menu's were exactly what I expected from a warm welcoming restaurant in the highlands. Venison was off the chart, best l've ever tasted. Although welcomed in without a booking on a Saturday lunchtime, the options for a vegan were non existent. Bland tomato and roasted pepper soup (initially with a drizzle of cream), and the bread roll removed as it wasn't vegan friendly. for this alone, and...no offer of any discount.
