Very disappointing. Salad tasted like nothing, the salad dressing was sour and tasted 1:1 like unrefrigerated ready-made salad dressing. The polenta with veal knuckle for a proud 38 francs was not very tasty. Polenta too dry and bland. The veal shank sauce could easily have been a pure corn bouillon sauce.
