This restaurant was especially disappointing. The tuna, in the tuna tartar, was to old to be served raw, I wouldn't have served it raw. The dinner rolls were microwaved. One night the restaurant was out of chicken, the next night out of shrimp. The shrimp in the ceviche were small IQF (individually quick frozen) shrimp, something I've never even seen in Mexico.
