What User likes about Restaurante Uayamon:
The place is beautiful. Uayamon is an Hacienda that was remodeled and reconstructed with an excellent taste, respecting the original architecture. The gardens that you see while dining are wonderful (there is a tree with more than 100 years). I had breakfast and dinner, and the service was fine. This restaurant was especially disappointing. The tuna, in the tuna tartar, was to old to be served raw, I wouldn't have served it raw. The dinner rolls were microwaved. One night the restaurant was out of chicken, the next night out of shrimp. The shrimp in the ceviche were small IQF (individually quick frozen) shrimp, something I've never even seen in Mexico. When the weather conditions is pleasant you can also be served outside, and there is a eating area with chairs/tables. A counter with bar stools is available.
