After having two catered meals, I was not impressed. The first was a broccoli casserole that as a fiend said, had too much sour cream or cream cheese. The next event brought out lasagna. Pasta was overcooked and mushy. Not much in between the layers of pasta and too salty. It tasted like a bad version of Chef Boyardee canned pasta. Cookies for dessert looked store bought.
